Jammer - this is a device blocking a network - transmitter or any network connections in different directions.

Jammer comes with different models like :

Also WiFi Jammer which blocks internet such as Wifi or LTE transmission
Spy Jammer which blocks surveillance or so-called eavesdropping transmitters such as Microphones, video cameras and so on.
