Neuralink | Neucyber brain chip successfully tested
Chinese company Xinzhida is playing technological catch-up with Elon Musk.
At the annual Zhongguancun technology forum in Beijing, the Chinese state-owned company Beijing Xinzhida Neurotechnology presented its latest breakthrough in the field of neurotechnology - the Neucyber brain chip.
For China, this product, similar to the development of Elon Musk's startup Neuralink, is an important step in the development of domestic technology.
The Neucyber chip, which is an invasive brain-computer interface (BCI), has already been tested on a monkey. The technology allowed the animal to control the robotic arm using only the power of its thoughts.
